SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing Times

  • Regular, non-custom products: 5–7 business days

  • Custom name or photo pendants: 10–15 business days

  • Moissanite items: 5–7 business days

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sales, new collections, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • USA: 5–10 business days (USPS / DHL Standard)
  • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days (DHL Standard)

  • Canada: 5–10 business days (DHL Standard)

  • Australia: 7–12 business days (DHL Standard)

  • Latin America & Caribbean: 5–12 business days (DHL or local partner)

Shipping times are estimates. Some packages may arrive sooner or later due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays outside our control.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to appear in the system.

Customs Duties & Taxes

The prices listed on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs charges applied by their country.
These are collected by your national postal or customs authority at the time of delivery.
SoCo Joyería does not calculate or charge customs duties at checkout.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please verify all details — including address, product options, and sizes — before confirming your order.


Multiple Parcels

In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages.
This happens because we operate from multiple fulfillment centers and prioritize faster dispatch times.


Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or global logistics disruptions).
