We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item first.
Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Items lost in transit (Lost packages)
We are not responsible for lost packages, if the package says delivered and you have not received you should contact USPS or the assigned carrier and file a claim with them.
